Rick A. Hernandez, a California licensed Real Estate Professional (Since 1992), graduated from University of Southern California (USC) with a Bachelor’s Degree from the Marshall School of Business in Administration with an emphasis in real estate finance. 

Specializing in all types of Commercial, Industrial, Medical, Investments properties and finance throughout Southern California, Rick’s main area of expertise is based in the City of Whittier, Montebello, Commerce, South El Monte and Pico Rivera.Through close interaction with his clients, and past experience , Rick’s insight to finding properties, on and off market, and creative solutions “outside the box” has allowed him to consummate major transactions in the Southern California area.

Rick Hernandez’s past experience includes an account manager of major financial institutions for Dataquick Information Systems. Also, a former State of California licensed real estate appraiser, a commercial Broker for Capital Brokers of Los Angeles, and NAI Capital Commercial, a Global Real Estate Company.
